4.1 The BUYER declares that the product subject to the contract on the www.halkinbakkali.com website will be delivered with the basic characteristics, sales price including all taxes and payment method and that the costs of this will be covered by the BUYER and that he has read the preliminary information about the time of delivery and the full trade name, full address and contact information of the SELLER and gave the necessary confirmation electronically. 4.6 The SELLER may supply a different product of equal quality and price to the BUYER before the contractual performance obligation expires, provided that it is justified.
4.7 If the product or service subject to the order becomes impossible to fulfill and if the SELLER fails to fulfill the contractual obligations, he shall notify the BUYER of this situation before the contractual performance obligation expires, and if it is in stock, it may supply a different product of equal quality and price to the BUYER.
4.8 The BUYER agrees that the SELLER, who notifies him that the product he has purchased cannot be supplied due to not being in stock, reserves the right to return the product price before the performance obligation expires.
4.9 For the delivery of the product subject to the contract, the signed copy of this contract must be delivered to the SELLER and the price must be paid in the form of payment preferred by the BUYER. If the product is not paid or canceled in the bank records for any reason, the SELLER shall be deemed to have been released from the obligation to deliver the product.

4.13 In case the BUYER uses the right of withdrawal, for payments made by credit card, bank card and / or debit card and other payment systems offered on the Website, the product amount is returned to the relevant bank within 14 (fourteen) days after the order is canceled by the BUYER. IMPORTANT NOTE: The BUYER (CONSUMER) does not have the right of withdrawal for the related products, since the products offered by the SELLER for sale in accordance with this Contract are among the products specified in paragraphs (b) and (c) (ç) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
In resolving any dispute that may arise from this Contract and/or its implementation, the SELLER and BUYER (CONSUMER) records (including magnetic media such as computer-sound recordings) constitute definitive evidence; in all kinds of disputes arising from this Contract, within the monetary limits specified in Article 68 of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the BUYER (CONSUMER) purchases the product(s) and has his residence are authorized. If the order is approved, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
In case the BUYER goes into default in the transactions made by credit card, the cardholder will pay interest and be liable to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement made with the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply for legal remedies; the BUYER may request the expenses and the attorney's fee from the BUYER and in any case, in case the BUYER goes into default due to its debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the damage and loss of the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
This Contract, consisting of 9 (NINE) articles was read by the parties and approved by the Buyer in electronic form and entered into force immediately.

Kurbanlık Koç Min. 16 kg koli içinde, 2 but, 2 kol, 2 kafes, 1 gerdan ve 1 böbrek yatağı olacak şekilde parçalama yapılır.
Tüm kurbanlıklarımızın, kesim sonrası veteriner hekimler tarafından muayenesi yapılır. Sakatatlarda karaciğer, dalak ve yürek veteriner hekim kontrolünde gıda olarak tüketimi uygun ise koli içinde yer alır.

Kurban Süreci İle İlgili Merak Ettikleriniz
1.Satın Alma: Ülkemizin dört bir yanındaki yetiştiricilerden, kurbanlık vasıflarını taşıyan kurbanlıklar, veteriner hekimler tarafından özenle seçilir ve satın alma işlemi gerçekleşir.
2. Vekalet: Dini vecibelerin yerine getirilmesi amacıyla iyiliknoktası.halkinbakkali.com.trüzerinden verilen kurban siparişi sırasında yetkililerimiz vekil tayin edilmiş olur. Kurban satın alma işlemi esnasında fatura bilgilerinizi belirttiğiniz alan içerisinde yer alan “kimin adına veya kendi adına kesilecek” alanının doldurulması zorunludur.
3. Kesim Öncesi: Kurbanlıklarımızın canlı muayenesi ve resmi kurum tarafından verilen sağlık raporlarının kontrolleri, veteriner hekimler tarafından kesim öncesi yapılır. Kesim sonrası, kurbanlıkların karkas ve iç organları veteriner hekimler tarafından %100 muayene edilir.
4. Kesim: Kurban kesimlerimiz; yasal mevzuat ve standartlarımıza uygun, onaylı kesimhanelerde yapılır. İslami kurallara uygun olarak bayram namazına takiben, din görevlisi ve noter huzurunda isim okunarak kesilen kurbanlıklar genel hisse kolisi olarak hazırlanır.
5. Bilgilendirme: Kurbanınız kesildikten sonra ihtiyaç sahibi hemşerilerimize dağıtımının gerçekleştirilmesi için İ.B.B. Sosyal Hizmetler Daire Başkanlığınca teslim alınır. Süreç tamamlandıktan sonra tarafınıza kayıt esnasında belirtmiş olduğunuz iletişim bilgileri üzerinden bilgilendirme yapılır
6. Teslimat: Kesim sonrası karkaslar parçalamaya alınmadan önce soğuk odalarda dinlendirilir ve gereken sıcaklığa inmesi sağlanır. Bu nedenle; kurbanlıklarınızın bayram süresince teslim edilmesi öngörülse de yaşanabilecek talep yoğunluğuna bağlı olarak +/- 2 gün fark ederek ve soğuk zinciri korunarak ihtiyaç sahibi hemşerilerimize teslim edilir.
7. Personel: Süreç boyunca görev alan tüm personelin yasal tüm gereklilikleri yerine getirilir ve gerekli olan tüm hijyen ekipmanları tedarik edilir.
